We give extremely personalized attention to all our cases.  The Legal Representation (Retainer) Agreement (Click here to view the Retainer Agreement) that the client and I sign includes, among other promised made by me, the following: to provide a detailed, itemized monthly billing statement; copying the client on everything that is received by the office or sent out by the office; return of phone calls either personally or through my paralegal within forty-eight hours, or less, if an emergency.

Although I am a skillful and tough litigator I will prioritize your case over all other concerns in the office in the event that a reasonable and equitable settlement of any case is evolving.  As I often tell my clients when I recommend a particular settlement: "I would rather you agree to give the money to the other side or compromise on this point than pay me more attorney's fees".  That statement seems to encourage clients to look at possible settlement as a business decision, laying aside the emotional aspects that are attendant to every litigation case.  My clients understand that in those situations I am not "economically motivated" to settle (as I clearly make more money if litigation continues) but since I am their zealous representative I want the best case scenario for them, which may not necessarily be a trial. 

I use a "client-attorney collaborative model" in my relationships with clients, which means that while I explore with my client the consequences for taking diverse trial strategies or avenues for resolution, the client's decision and wishes are always paramount and I do not take any steps without first consulting the client.  For instance, I always have the client review a pleading or a proposal in draft form before finalizing and sending to the other side.
 
When you come into my office you will see that the fees that you pay to me remain reasonable and competitive because funds do not go in large part to the "overhead" of maintaining an excessively "fancy" law office.  I work with all my clients to make sure that all their fees and costs are reasonable and fair and negotiate payment arrangements as needed.
